Designed and FEA-tested an ultra-low-profile clamping shaft hub, now sold commercially by Studica.

Set-screw hubs marred shafts and worked loose. This split, ultra-low-profile clamping hub grips without marring; FEA pushed how far the metal could flex while still transmitting high torque. It is now sold by Studica Ltd.
